Muslims used to go to the west to see big buildings. Now the Muslim lands have bigger and better buildings. The Muslim’s first choice to live and invest is always the Muslim lands. And if you take a decision to please Allah, he will give you something better. Going to the Western countries temporarily visiting there for business, education or necessary needs is allowed, leaving the Muslim lands permanently and raising your family there for posterity is not allowed.

Lesson 16. Milk, butter and cheese increase growth. Testosterone is the male hormone, which helps boys grow. It thickens their voice and grows their reproductive system and facial hair and chest hair. Whereas estrogen helps girls grow more feminine.

Perhaps this is the reason people who grow up in rural areas have bigger size of hands and feet compared to people who grow up in cities because they consume butter and have healthier growth spurts.

Lesson 17. Vinegar can fix your life. your gut Is full of bacteria, good and bad. Bad bacteria make your body weak and your mind slow. By using the food in your gut to benefit themselves. Good bacteria make your body stronger, your mind clear. By using the food in your gut to benefit your body. These good bacteria are a blessing from Allah.

All you need is more good bacteria than bad bacteria. And vinegar is full of good bacteria. There are artificial vinegars and real vinegars. Artificial vinegars are harmful and real vinegar is organic. Vinegars are beneficial. Here we are talking about real organic vinegars, use vinegar in as many things as possible and fix your gut and many problems in your body and in your life will be fixed insha’Allah

Lesson 18. Eat olive and use olive oil. It is blessed Allah says in the Quran, meaning by the fig and by the olive and by Mount Sinai. And by this secure abode. Meaning Makkah light upon light a law guide whomsoever he wills to his light, and a gives examples for the people. And a law is of everything over the prophet.

Peace be upon him said meaning eat olive and use this oil for indeed. It is a blessed tree. Olive oil contains omega threes, The brain in large part is made of these rejuvenating fats. Sometimes people feel irritated by the smallest of things, become depressed and make wrong decisions for seemingly no apparent reason. This can happen because they aren’t eating enough omega threes.

Lesson 19. honey has a cure for people and it does not spoil. A 3000 year old honey was discovered in one of the tombs of the pharaohs in the made up names. These pharaohs used to worship could not keep them alive for 3000 years, whereas the honey stayed the same. Pure honey is the honey you can see coming out of the hive.Everything else which is bottled may or may not be pure honey.

America grew only because during the communist times you let those weak people from those Soviet states to come to America, a lot of the Muslims and make it there. If you stop doing that rizq, the rizq will be taken away from you.
