Early Life:

Usman Gondal was born in Mandi Bahauddin, the heart of the Gondal Bar region, in Punjab, Pakistan. Gondal tribe accepted Islam when Ghanwon, the tribe’s elder. Who was 9th in line to Prithvi, the last native king to rule India, accepted Islam at the hands of famous sufi saint Baba Farid. His family comes from hamlet called MakkayWaal, near the town of Phalia. The place where Alexander lost his famed horse Bucephalus, hence the name Phalia. Alexander was also defeated here.

Education:

Usman studied at the Rangers Public School & Collage, Mandi Bahauddin until 10th Grade with major focus on Biology. He then read 11th and 12th grades in the Army Public School & Collage Fort Multan with major focus on engineering. And From 2007 to 2011 he studied computer software engineering at The Military Collage of Signals, National University of Science and Technology, Islamabad.

Career:

Usman started his first business in the university dorms, selling t shirts. He also wrote articles for online businesses and Java Beans for tech companies to parse MPEG files.

He started his first company Qwexar in 2012, right out of collage. Where he hired, trained and operated a team of 12 software engineers. Living and working in the same building. Delivering world leading software to Haven Realy Capital, a real estate management company in California. This software managed about 2,000 residential properties. And tracked them end-to-end from purchasing to leasing. This software managed and oversaw a 125% asset appreciation of the portfolio worth $480MM.

He then pursued ecommerce and consulting until he got the opportunity to work in Saudi Arabia as General Manager Digital Innovation at a large conglomerate. Which he left to pursue media.
