Why realtors get a band name?

in 2 words, “short term thinking”

most people if you ask them will say they dont like realtors

because 98% realtors sell the wrong property to the wrong person

they will sell an investment grade property to someone who is looking to flip it in 2 months… just because commission

they will sell a house in a noisy neighborhood to someone who doesnt like noise

they will sell a far off property to someone who likes to live in a hustly bustly area

they mostly make mistakes because they just want the damn comission

so a realtor who starts who and does 10 deals and wrecks 9 of them will never get enough to referrals to make a good living out of it

and a realtor who did 4 deals in a year and get all of them to refer will get 8 deals the next year, 16 the next 32 in the next, 64 in the 4th year and 128 deals in their 5th year

only because this good realtor wasn’t in a hurry

made sure everyone got the property they really wanted

and will even become a known social figure in the city

the 2% realtor
