Allah says in the Quran, meaning Allah has made desirable for people desires they fulfill from women and sons and mounds upon mounds of gold and silver and horses branded and cattle and crops to find the reality of a man. Look at who or what is his source of getting these six things.
does he has a family life. If no, he can easily be incentivized by offering him employment. Two Is he socially strong? If no, he can easily be incentivized by offering social protection. Is he financially free? If no, he can easily be incentivized by offering money. Does he have a mount or a car? No. He can easily be incentivized by offering him a car.
Does he have cattle? If no, he can easily be incentivized by offering him cattle, meaning milk producing animals. Does he have land? If no, he can easily be incentivized by offering him land. All business, all politics, all statecraft is done using this. See where he gets these six things from? For example, a man working in a vehicle company might be secretly employed by the competition being paid on the side only to make things slow.
Whereas incentivizing the decision makers in one of these six ways to keep him in the company. And if you want to do forensics of any event, be it catching a corporate spy or evaluating an employee’s loyalty. Use the above six to see what their motive might be. Once you know their motive, you will know their previous moves and be able to project their next moves and then shepherd them into getting caught in the act.
