You can hardly find one suitable for riding. Your goal is to meet with 100 people online or offline and these people must work in prestigious companies, join communities groups and attend workshops and meet with 100 people. This is the best way to get a job. Applying to open jobs works, but rarely. What works even better is a reference because the serious people are already approaching the hiring manager through referrals.

A hiring manager is the person you will report to. He will only hire someone he feels safe from. If you have some skill and you are a similar ethnicity or a similar faith or have any other shared values, it will be easy for you to get hired. You will get hired unless someone has a more closer match to the hiring manager and he will only hire a person who won’t overshadow them.

So never outclass them. Never out-dress them and never show you are more talented than them.
